A camera upgrade this year gave me lots more zoom power, which I put to good use. Complete Flickr photoset here.
Leonard Cohen's and Amanda Palmer's are the two performances I'll remember for a long time to come. And I wasn't even an Amanda Palmer fan until I was blown away by her set (got great photos, too). Biggest regret: missing Public Enemy playing the entirety of It Takes a Nation of Millions.
Here's who I saw, more or less in order Friday - Sunday, highlights in bold:
Cage the Elephant
Los Campesinos
The Hold Steady
The Ting Tings
Conor Oberst
Leonard Cohen
Paul McCartney
Girl Talk
Bajofundo
The Crystal Method
Joss Stone
Thenewno2
Blitzen Trapper
Drive-By Truckers
Amanda Palmer (who used my photos in her blog post the next morning)
Tinariwen
Fleet Foxes
Band of Horses
Junior Boys
Jenny Lewis
The Chemical Brothers
Brian Jonestown Massacre
Antony and the Johnsons
Paul Weller
Devendra Banhart
My Bloody Valentine
The Orb
The Kills
The Cure (we left early, so missed the infamous unplugging near 1a)
