Like last year, things were mostly consistent except my live music consumption, which stormed back to an all-time high, after a disappointing 2024. Turns out, giving up full-time employment makes a big difference!
Otherwise, little change. All my digital downloads were from Bandcamp. The single CD purchase came from a Kelly Moran show. I've still got subscriptions to three music services: Spotify, Qobuz, and TIDAL. I'm pleased that Spotify finally launched Lossless, but until that's supported in my music management software of choice, Roon, I will stick with Qobuz and TIDAL.
Roon tells me that I've added 153 albums and singles to my music library this year. I should probably start tracking that number, as well as the total hours listened (which I can probably get from Last.fm's "scrobbler" feature). Maybe next year...
